The Dance Works Summer Camps

Summer Camp 2011 Information:

A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 per camp is due at the time of registration in order to secure your child's camp spot. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the camp.
Please download and read all Summer Camp Policies before registering for a summer camp.
Placement in camps is NOT GUARANTEED until we receive your deposit.
Register for a camp by April 1st and receive a Dance Works t-shirt with our new logo!

To Register for a Summer Camp:

Please visit our online registration and page and fill out a registration form. Our director will then contact you to confirm your registration. Once your registration is confirmed, please drop your deposit off at the studio to reserve your spot.

The registration deadline for ALL summer camps is May 31, 2011. You MUST have your registration in by then in order to secure your child's spot for a camp.

Come and be "fancy" at this fun filled camp!

Dancers will enjoy the popular Fancy Nancy Stories, while learning proper manners, creating frilly crafts and nibbling on delightful delicacies! And, of course, the dancers will learn basic ballet and jazz technique. At the end of the week, dancers will perform a wonderfully fancy routine that will be followed by a stupendous tea party.

Everyone knows that fairies love to dance and have magical tea parties!

Fly over to our enchanted Fairyland and a real Fairy will greet your tiny fairy and lead her into the enchanted ballet garden for her fairy make up! Then the dancing begins! A lot of preparations need to be made for the Fairy Ball. So we will practice our Fairy Dance with our new friends, and make fairy-fantastic crafts and props. Fairy games, magical activities, and fairy music will fill the air as we frolic in the twinkling lights of Fairyland. Learn fairy secrets and the magic of the dancing fairies in this whimsical ballerina camp! Clear your schedules now, Fairy Queen and King! You are both invited to the Fairy Ball, held on the last day of this magical camp! Be sure to bring your cameras!

Angelina Ballerina is a pretty little mouse who wants one thing more than anything else: to become a ballerina!

If you have your own pretty little mouse who's dancing all around your cottage then bring her to dance with everyone's favorite ballerina mouseling-Angelina Ballerina! Dance with Angelina in an exciting ballet adventure as you meet all of her friends including, her best friend Alice, and of course, Miss Lilly, the Ballet teacher! We'll bring the remarkable stories of Angelina Ballerina to life through dance, music, crafts and games! Come learn Angelina's favorite ballet positions and terminology! Your little mouseling will also enjoy daily tea parties and make special props to use in our gala performance at the end of each camp day! Magnificent!

Want to learn more about what it takes to be part of a drill team?

This week is designed for dancers currently or aspiring to become members of their middle school and/or high school drill/dance teams. During this weeklong intensive, our curriculum will cover the fundamentals of techniques which met the expectations of dance and drill programs in our area schools. Get a head start and combine this Intensive with our Drill Prep class on our summer schedule.
