Welcome Back Dancers!

Welcome Back to the Studio!

Dancers and Parents! We are super excited to see all of the familiar as well as new faces at classes this week. Here are a few things we’d like to address for classes to run smoothly:

Our building is a first come first serve parking facility and while most of the time there is ample parking around The Dance Works, there are some days and times of the week where the parking lot can become hectic and full. For the upcoming dance season we have arranged with our wonderful neighbors next door, St Philips Church to use 10 additional parking spots directly to the east of the front lot. Please only park in the 10 spots directly next to the hedge. Otherwise you may park anywhere in the front lot, side lots and back lots or just drop off. Quick Parking Tip: You can go out the back door by the rest rooms when you leave if you needed to park in the back lot, it’s a great short cut.

Dress Code Requirements

Please check the dress code requirements for your dancer and the classes they are taking. We are specific about the shoes and attire that dancers will need for all of our classes. If you have a question regarding attire, please ask us before your child wears it to class. Oh yes, and be sure to label all of your child’s dance wear with their name.

Tuition is due the first of each month. Tuition received after the 7th of each month will incur a late fee that is applied to your account.

Mark your calendars now for our 2014 Dance Recital – Wednesday June 11th and Thursday June 12th at the Round Rock ISD Performing Arts Center. Dress rehearsal week will be the week of June 2nd-6th.

The television monitor in the café is another resource for us to communicate with our dancers regarding studio news and updates. Please take a peek at it when dropping off or picking up your dancer.

If you have any other questions regarding scheduling, dress code, etc. feel free to send us a message or give the studio a call: 512-248-8323

Looking forward to a great dance year!
